Being the planner that I am, I already had the Bruisyard Brochure before even getting engaged!
My now husband and I had spoken in length about what sort of wedding we would like for the future which led to having a look at wedding venues within Suffolk.
When we did get engaged, there was only one venue in mind … Bruisyard. I contacted them two days after our engagement, and had a date booked in for the next available showing. Safe to say, Bruisyard was the one and only venue we looked at. We fell in love with the venue from the moment we turned the corner and saw how beautiful it was. (Even gives me goosebumps now just thinking about it!). Everyone we’ve met that works there have been so welcoming, and made us feel completely at ease and relaxed about the whole planning journey.
We had exclusive use of the hall from the night before our wedding till the morning after. I must say, the hall itself is utterly divine. It has such a warming feeling, even better knowing that our family and friends could stay there with us to soak up the wedding bubble! It was the perfect place to bring both families together and enjoy each other’s companies before the big day. The grounds are incredibly impressive, well looked after and were thoroughly enjoyed by our Labrador.
The wedding itself could not have been any more perfect if we tried. I can’t thank Ruth and the team enough for the support they provided, it definitely allowed us to enjoy the day without a worry in the air. Everyone kept commenting how amazing the food was, and even asked us how we found the venue as they couldn’t believe how impressive it was!!
We can’t thank Bruisyard and the team enough for allowing our family and friends to enjoy our special day at our dream venue. I still feel incredibly lucky, and unsure it will ever feel real!
