There was never anywhere else we were getting married than Bruisyard.

Though we had seen a couple of venues before our viewing of Bruisyard came around, we instantly knew there was no other place that would make us happy and fill us with memories for a lifetime - and we viewed it on a pitch black November evening! The beautiful Hall was exactly what we wanted, so our family and friends could stay with us and celebrate for even longer, and the Barn felt like it was filled with magic when you walked in. We made the 40 minute drive to most of the open days as we loved the place so much.

From booking through to the day itself, the Bruisyard team were absolutely seamless. Even through postponement, we could not fault them. Gareth emailed and called to check in and just chat through the lockdowns, and Katie felt more like a friend by the time the actual day rolled around. We felt listened to, but more than that, like our day mattered.

Arriving at Bruisyard the day before felt like a dream, we'd waited so long by that point, it almost didn't feel real. The set up was fun and easy, and after a yummy local pub lunch, we were into the Hall. All of our guests couldn't believe how gorgeous the whole place was. Some of our favourite memories are showing various guests around the winding halls and classically elegant rooms in giddy excitement.

As we trusted the Bruisyard team explicitly, I didn't worry about a single thing on the day - and if anything did go wrong, I still have no idea! It was executed to perfection, behind the scenes and without any frazzled moments. The food was absolutely incredible, the Barn as magical as we'd hoped and we are truly gutted our time at Bruisyard is over. We hadn't even left the grounds before we promised we'd be back, to celebrate something - anything!
