When looking for a venue for our wedding, we were searching for somewhere that would allow us to keep the magic going for as long as possible.

You always hear about how your wedding day goes by in a flash, so finding Bruisyard, and getting to make the most of the venue for an entire weekend, was exactly what we wanted.

In the lead-up to the wedding, we found that no question was too silly, and almost no request was too bonkers! Katie, Ruth and the team were helpful, accommodating, and patient throughout the whole planning process - the day going without a hitch was down to the team's diligence and attention to detail.

We may be biased, but our wedding truly was the best we've been to, and we've had so many people tell us it was the best wedding food they've ever had (whether vegetarian or not, order the cheese and port pie!). Being able to have our dog there for some of the day was also a real highlight for us, and getting to have our own whisky bar at the reception made it a night I will never forget (and many still don't remember!).

Thanks so much again for everything you did for us last year. If we had the budget, we'd repeat it every year!
