We looked at a couple of venues before Bruisyard Country Estate, but each one came with a 'but'.

"The first place was lovely but there wasn't enough space for our guests to stay." "The second was nice but I didn’t like the ceremony room." Then we found Bruisyard. We walked into the barn and just knew it was perfect. It is a clean slate that would work with any theme. The hall was just the icing on the cake.

Having private hire of the venue for the three days meant we could set everything up the day before and then not worry about packing down until the next day. It was such a relaxed atmosphere that made organising everything very simple. All the staff were fantastic and we owe so much to Ruth for making everything go smoothly.

We loved our food choices so much that we have taken to recreating our wedding meal for our anniversary. The only regret of the whole day was Hanna not eating the lovely breakfast the morning of the wedding because she was nervous!

We have had many guests tell us that our wedding was the best they have been to and we know that Bruisyard Country Estate is the reason why.
