Being located in beautiful farming country near the Suffolk coast means we are spoilt for choice with locally produced food and drink. Many people opt for steaks cooked in our Bertha oven - the meat comes from grass-fed, locally reared cattle, and the charcoal grill ensures the food retains all its natural moisture and flavour, giving you unbelievably succulent, chargrilled food every time. Fish is also popular, as we are able to prepare and serve it just hours after it was hauled ashore a few miles from Bruisyard.
The possibilities are virtually endless - from barbecues in the Byre to grab-and-go salads in the barn to multi-course sit-down meals around the large dining table in Bruisyard Hall. We can either provide every meal for you and your guests, get in the provisions for you to self-cater or leave it all to you to arrange.
Our in-house catering includes sumptuous breakfasts, grazing brunches, picnic lunches and an array of evening dining menus to name a few. And for those extra special occasions, our Head Chef can put together a beautiful bespoke dining experience for you during your stay to thank your employees for their achievements.
